About Schmitte Hohe

The Schmitte hohe mountain is the ski resort located directly above the lake and village Zell am see. The ski resort itself is on the smaller side but ski busses will take you to the Kaprun region and Saalbach Hinterglemm is not far as well.

The Schmitte hohe and Zell am see offer an authentic ski resort with the town center being car free. If the lake is frozen you can not only enjoy skiing in this resort but also enjoy some ice skating as well.

The resort and village can have a higher price than other ski resorts in the area.
